10 for 1000 Watch List .Rules

1. Trading triggers should be followed strictly as they are set to trigger as volume enters the stock and carry it further into profit, not every pick will make profit objective and it is up to you to determine what your profit will be. My advise is to set a break even stop or minimum loss stop once the trigger is hit, and consider taking half profits when target is hit and letting the other half ride with a trailing stop.

2. Market condition can effect the setups , when news hits the market. No stock is safe. so understand as i am a daytrader in front of the market from 8am till 4pm each day , if you can not be monitoring your stock daily you leave your self open to risks.

3. Each day there are new stock picks and i want to expand on this watch list by bringing you alerts if there is a important stock set up during the week.  So expect maybe 1-2 e-mail alerts if there is a certain formation i feel is a perfect trade. I think this is the best scenario to trading this watch list as some plays develop and trigger within a few days.
I came across this book at the Traders Expo years ago, I always find myself referring back to it as a great reference, I am sorry i haven't put this book up here earlier. The book contains basically a notebook of real time trades from a successful trader Barry Rudd. The best part of the book is how the trades are broken down from best probability to least with real time market charts with the traders annotations. It has the meat and potatoes where a lot of books just try to sell themselves on basic material that can be found anywhere. As this is a rare book, i did find it available on Amazon. It is worth moving to the top of my list ,but i don't want to deal with all the code of changing the webster so if you got down this far you found a gem. A must have for because the chart patterns here are the real deal. I seen so many fake books on the market, I wonder why there are not more real trader notebooks out there for purchase.

Last week was one of the best weeks all year for my trading, And when trading is good I tend to raise my position size. Where I usually trade 400-800 share in my swing position in good trending markets I cut that back drastically when markets are topping out and or are in a bearish trend. Usually trading just a 1/4 of that position. This has been one of the best rules I follow in my trading business, and really protects my capital when trading  in adverse conditions. I say this tonight as i believe the market has a good chance to pull back for a short period soon. Now i have to trade the markets as i see them and do not want to miss a big upside move either. So this week i take caution in my positions and watch the 1420 area closely

Lets see if a classic pattern set up hold true. What we had in the S&P 500 was a break down from a Head & Shoulders patttern. The move after a chart break out or break down in this case is called a measured move. This is calculated by taking the high of the pattern "the head" and subtract the neckline from it this will give you a target move for the pattern. So in this case the head was 1576 h and the neckline was 1420 gave us a measured move of 156. Now lets subtract 156 from 1420 and this should be our target of this move down. I get 1264. well looks like the measured move works pretty good as the first low after the breakdown got us down to 1271 just 7 points shy, but as you see we did continue farther down in march and hit the target. Just wanted to show you how measured moves work. The next big trade off a H&S is in my opinion just as reliable if not more is the trade off the retest of the neck line. This is a good ares to watch for a short and we are there now
Head & Shoulder Pattern
Commentary for this Week
   1. Small real body at the upper trading range.
   2. Color of the body is not important.
   3. Long lower shadow at least twice the length of the body.
   4. Little or no upper shadow.
   5. Previous trend should be bearish.

As with any single candlestick, confirmation is required. The Bullish Hammer formation shows the price goes much lower than the open then closes near the opening price. This fact reduces the confidence of the bears. Ideally, a white real body Hammer with a higher open the following day could be a bullish signal for the days ahead.
