SIAL continues to look like a great entry here confirming the double bottom set up. DELL completing it's 5 day pullback look great in the low 13's. SLB, FRX INTC WMS also look great

Going into tomorrow Futures are up .50 Todays range was an inside day, which could lead to a more powerful move tomorrow. Watch 1112.45 for an upside break, and 1100 for the downside break. One of these levels probably will be taken out tomorrow. But the market has been reversing alot on breakouts and I would want to see a confirmed breakout meaning a retest of the level being taken out. Stocks are becoming easier to trade then the futures lately and relative strength is always the best clue to pick out the early movers, Below are 3 set ups that continue to look good and I detailed some notes on some pattern recognition with these charts. Also INTC is really setting up for that break above 21.05 see the charts below

Vogel continues to see value in cyclical names Altra [AIMC], Illinois Tool Works [ITW] and Chart [GTLS]. Silvercrest is still seen in pro-cyclical mind frame, states that now is not the time to move back into ultra defensive names.Technical analysts at BoA Merrill Lynch comment on Feb 5th test of the 200 ema; Expected to see 2-6% rally following Friday's action- See rally following Friday's bounce off an oversold position to 1080-1085 or 1100-1011 (We closed Friday at 1109 and made high 1112)Long-term resistance seen at 1120-1130 with a move above these level indicating a break out of corrective phase, while a failure would mean markets will remain in corrective mode
- States: We believe risk is building for a test of the head and shoulders base near the neckline at 960-940 or a nearly 20% off the high of 1150. This is also where the long-term 15-month moving average sits today. A correction of this size is in-line with the market behavior of a mid-term election year

The Federal Reserve surprised financial markets Thursday by lifting the lending rate it charges banks, one of the most potent signs yet that the central bank is focused on dismantling the emergency policies crafted to battle the financial crisis.
In a statement shortly after the stock market closed, the Fed said it would raise its discount, or primary credit rate, to 0.75% from 0.5% effective on Friday.
Futures are trading down and Most likely banks will get hit hard tomorrow morning.
