Hope everyone had a very nice holiday. Historically, we enter a week which has a very high bias to the upside, and it comes with the name "Santa Claus Rally" and typically goes into the first couple days of January. We really got to see the effects of this last week beginning Tuesday and closed out very strong on Friday. The light volume grind should continue as we kick off the week tomorrow. Last week's push has really extended most stocks out of really good buy areas and even though there is a good chance of more upside. I would be cautious chasing the market as we are hitting my target of 1267 short term. I would use the strength to take some profits and mentally prepare for a New Year of trading. As for shorts, the bias is to the upside and until that changes, I want to be cautious shorting other then intra-day and futures.

This week's watch list really defines the goals and methodology of researching and picking trades for the watch list, and to step away from that would just put all the risk back on the table. When there really isn't any need for that. Sorry that the watch list got out late this weekend was spending a thankful holiday with my family.

Looking for another volatile pre-holiday trade this upcoming week, Volume will start to dry up as we approach the weekend. Conditions merit a very cautious outlook, but there is a big move right around the corner, I feel it will be triggered with some news. Cash is king and cut back on your shares. Have your "goto" longs (HANS, RAI, STT) and Shorts (RL, BWLD, FOSL) handy. This weeks watch list touches on the stocks that are very strong and have not shown the volatility that is gripping the markets. The shorts are still set up, but the market will be choppy and best to be safe and cutting back on size if you are going to trade this week.

Ok A great watch list this week at least 4 stocks that I will be getting into early in the week. I am looking for more upside in the $SPX so right now just looking out for some shorts but not looking to take anything yet, The overall patterns I am seeing across most sectors are pointing to many big names to turn out of the downtrends and confirm new up trends. I was able to find another great wedge pattern like CHK last week (It is of the Kick Ass Trades of the Week). The Watch List Video is 45 minutes long so get comfortable it will make you money this week!
