- For Technical Issues: Please include your browser type, operating system and a detailed description of your issue.
- For Billing Issues: Please include your full name, username and a detailed description of your issue.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Any trading questions should be asked in the chat room. There, DayTraderRockStar and the other members of the site will be more than happy to answer your questions. Due to the amount of emails that are received, trading questions aren't answered too often. Please don't be offended. We get hundreds of email daily and being a member often puts you at the top of that list.
